Reserving a truck through UHAUL was a nightmare. And despite all the efforts I made to make sure it was reserved, there was no ten foot truck available at the site. My reservation wasn't even in the computer based on my reservation number. The owner of the site found it using my telephone number. Luckily, the owner was amazing! He got things moved around and found a truck for me.

Better signs to get to main office.
