I don’t appreciate that the customer is charged a service fee above the price of a gallon of gas if the vehicle is returned with the gas gauge below what it started with and yet, if the customer returns the vehicle with more gas, then he started with there is no reimbursement for the fuel. This is not adjusted policy because it’s very difficult to figure out how many gallons to add to put the gauge back to where it was to begin with.
Rhett BThe locks were covered in ice. The truck was out of alignment. Wiper blades were detached from arms. Did NOT like the online check-in/out; if there were an issue, no one around to help.
