We found Uhauls new method having to submit pictures pretrip confusing and frustrating. Prefer old method of walk-around inspection with vendor. Other than that, all went well.

Good friendly service but trailer had not been cleaned and they did not check all the lights.

DAVID AMake sure the fuel levels are correct. And make sure the equipment is equipped with the proper tires for the drives it needs to make. An hour drive was 2 1/2 hours because of a little bit of snow
ADAM YLocation was changed last minute. Additional kilometers were not added to account for additional travel. No walk around with rep. I only did self check in. Pictures to blurry and far away to identify previous vehicle damage.

KENNETH HThe truck was dirty, at the location I was charged more than the initial amount I was supposed to be charged at pick up. And they failed to tell us where the key drop was then had the audacity to call me with an immediate nasty aditude because I left in in the truck, when they did not once say where the key return was, and it was after 10pm and dark and no one answered the phone so what else was I expected to do. The aditude was uncalled for and calling my emergency contact about the key before even looking in the truck is incredibly unprofessional

Stephen LThe lack of winter tires on a 26 ft truck was a bit nerve wracking in a snow storm… The employees at the rental location were great though and gave me enough tips and details about the truck and it’s driving style.
Josh HWe put fuel in truck and was still change for fuel and truck was not sitting on level ground. I think all trucks should be fall to avoid this.

chris mThe location and staff were great. However, the UHaul online booking was a disaster. Save yourself the inevitable disappointment and book directly with the pickup location, do NOT be fooled by the online "reservations". Despite an online resevation being made over a month in advance, and an automated text reminder telling me to pre-register (which I had already done), I got a voice mail 2 days before the pickup saying there was no 6 x 12" enclosed trailer available, but they had thoughtfully arranged a 5 x 8" flatbed. Very helpful for moving furniture... Ended up renting a cube van, and my expenses went from $29.95 to over $200 with gas.
Blake GTrailer didn’t work. Surprised but it wasn’t wide enough. Rented it for nothing. Also called in to ask for it and the guy said they didn’t have a car dolly. Drove up and saw it sitting there

Appears the windshield was not secure and rep noted on our agreement. We were hesitate to take unit far as wary it would shatter. Other than that this location is very accommodating
