It was convenient! Rep just verified in his computer when I gave him the key but did not want mileage or fuel level. He said he would do it later, He expected me to leave without any confirmation. I did received adjusted bill later on but expected a walk around to confirm everything was OK.
EMMANUEL SThe average rating is mostly because we requested a different pick up location and this was 35 minutes in the wrong direction. Would have loved to have been consulted on the pick up location when the one we requested wasn't available. I also didn't like the messaging that came the day before the scheduled move which was basically "this is the only option, take it or cancel and if you do take it, don't be more than 15 minutes late or the truck may go to someone else". At the location, the young man trying to help us was very sweet and Ashely on your chat was amazing.

JOHN BThe 6x12 trailer needs to have a tongue jack to make it easier / possible to connect & disconnect the trailer. It's heavy, and very difficult to load or unload yourself without a jack system. This is a poor design and it needs to be addressed.
Ken HI was told the tank was at 3/4 tank. Told the person at the desk it was not - it was barely above half. I brought it back with more gas than it had when i received it. I got charged $25 to top up the fuel. Not even worth fighting for but you asked for feedback.
CHRISTOPHER BCheck the vehicles, the heat and blower didnt work We were given no paper work for sign in or out We only had the truck for 80mins )1:15pm - 2:20pm) but I was getting notices the truck was late ... in a time slot that definitely wasnt mine (4:05pm -after 8pm) This caused me undue stress

PHILIP KWe found Uhauls new method having to submit pictures pretrip confusing and frustrating. Prefer old method of walk-around inspection with vendor. Other than that, all went well.

BRANISLAV NI was recommended with the wrong equipment for the job and the ATV was too small to fit the wheel tracks and the 3o min pick-up became a nightmare for 3 hrs just to fit it sideways and no way for me to unload it but rent a lift

DAVID AMake sure the fuel levels are correct. And make sure the equipment is equipped with the proper tires for the drives it needs to make. An hour drive was 2 1/2 hours because of a little bit of snow
ADAM YLocation was changed last minute. Additional kilometers were not added to account for additional travel. No walk around with rep. I only did self check in. Pictures to blurry and far away to identify previous vehicle damage.

KENNETH HThe truck was dirty, at the location I was charged more than the initial amount I was supposed to be charged at pick up. And they failed to tell us where the key drop was then had the audacity to call me with an immediate nasty aditude because I left in in the truck, when they did not once say where the key return was, and it was after 10pm and dark and no one answered the phone so what else was I expected to do. The aditude was uncalled for and calling my emergency contact about the key before even looking in the truck is incredibly unprofessional
Hailey BSeveral clearance lights did not work. Trailer's paint was badly weathered. Thankfully I was operating during daylight hours when lights weren't required.

Stephen LThe lack of winter tires on a 26 ft truck was a bit nerve wracking in a snow storm… The employees at the rental location were great though and gave me enough tips and details about the truck and it’s driving style.
Josh HWe put fuel in truck and was still change for fuel and truck was not sitting on level ground. I think all trucks should be fall to avoid this.
