picking up the truck when a business is closed is increasingly frustrating and took about 30 mins. it would've been nice if I was told that when booking. it is not a quick process. drop off was better since the business was open. the truck had a flat and cracked tire when we got it back to our house. it was clearly not inspected well enough between rentals. we then had to wait for the tire guy with Howie about 60mins. Howie was incredible, very nice, fast, efficient, and even offered to help us lift heavy items since we hadn't started packing the truck yet. overall not a great experience and would consider a different business in the future

Supply a safety pin for the trailer and check that the trailer is properly and safely hooked onto the vehicle
