Sent this text to my uhaul agent yesterday- no response- Clearly I am very disappointed. Customer Response to Receipt for Contract #21104701 Not happy at all. Drove haul total 30 miles, brought it back 2 hours earlv. One mattress, one box spring (wrapped in plastic) and one dresser. That's it. Charged 25 dollar cleaning fee? You have got to be kidding me!!! Went to see van and retrieve the ez pass I left there and it was already rented. Weird how it was "dirty and had to be cleaned" yet the ez pass was not found. I am coming back tomorrow at the time I was told the van would be back to retrieve pass and see this "deep cleaned" van. I actually removed napkins that were in the floor in the front cab, that appeared from under seat and weren't mine, to return van in best condition possible. What a scam! I want the cleaning fee removed immediatelyKevin M.

While it's convenient location and convenient process the price is too high and just because of that I will not recommend it u-haul. Also too many fees and pricing structure is very gimmicky. I mean one of the fees is called â€œenvironmental feeâ€. Really? What is that? Why don't you rent electric vans then? No, not happy at all.vadim D.

No one spoke English, wasn't able to provide proper direction on where to park the truck, and not experienced.JOHNNY R.
The start of this trip was horrible but the boss really redeemed himself and I would definitely recommend this location now that I know the process. We had an appointment at 10pm to pick up the truck, we got there at 9:45ish. We go to the front counter and he tells we have to call the number in the app for assistance, okay no problem. We call them we're on hold for 45 MINUTES but we finally get them on the phone and what she's saying doesn't match what the front desk said was going to happen so now we're confused we go inside and have the uhual customer service talk to the front desk, he says: I don't know who this lady is I can't help you, you need to talk to my boss. That's when I got super annoyed. I don't know who your boss is, or his number, he kind of just shrugs at us at this point and my fiance had to convince him for the bosses number. Once we get the number the boss helps us out apologizes for the confusion and within 15-20 minutes we're driving out the lot. However, The parking out was so muddy it felt like we were driving over ice/snow, we kept getting stuck and sliding, it felt like the back of the van was sliding out from under me. We go inside and ask the front desk person if we could either open the gate that's right next to the truck so I don't have to try to drive through the 15ft of mud or if he could just drive it out because I'm worried I'm going to slide straight into the gate. He says no to both. Okay now we're stuck and idk what to do. So we call the boss again, he apologizes again he said he didn't realize how muddy it would be and gives us a different car which was totally understandable. We are FINALLY in the Uhual driving off around 11:45. Drop off was easy, we got back and parked I believe around 3:30am, we just walked in, gave the keys back and the following morning the boss texted saying he finalized it. I do believe you can have it finalized immediately at drop off. The boss was super nice, gave us a discount even though we didn't ask. They just started this a few months ago so there's still some bumps on the road, especially with after hours pick up which is what we did. Just know you need to speak to the boss, if he's not there ask for this number, do not call the uhual number.Danielle D.
