I wanted to go in person because I’m not that well with using the app, when I got to Elverton bagels I was told to call a number taped to the wall, I tried several times with no one picking up. The person behind the counter tried calling the same result. He then suggested he might call back in a minute so I waited. Nothing. I then called u haul number and was told to down lost the app thank god my wife was there to navigate the app on the phone. Finally got a number to give the person to get a key. Wasted 30-40 minutes.

Christine SMy objective is to also give a fair rating and above average. I believe in helping my fellow small business owners. The only thing I'd say is that we were supposed to have 10 blankets / mats in included for furniture protection with the truck. I was told at time of pick up there were none. I needed them for what we were hauling, but I also needed the truck @ that moment. What did I do? Went to Home Depot and spent $100 on blankets / covers that I did not need to spend that day or likely have much use for going forward. Otherwise, it was easy getting the truck as well as returning it.
