How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I first got there, the person behind the counter was not friendly or useful at all just kept directing me to phone numbers that were getting me nowhere. Then another person showed up and was incredibly helpful but it was after 20 very frustrating minutes of trying to check in and get the keys. Additionally, they did not record the miles correctly, and I didn’t notice it because I wasn’t given anything to look at before I left with the truck and it caused me to have to pay extra on miles. The truck was good and did the job.
Stephanie LTruck was not well maintained. It was making noises. Cab was not cleaned. I sent pictures of the start and end mileage to the number given at the location yet still a different start mileage was used and I was charged for extra mileage.
