ZHIXIN CI wanted to go in person because I’m not that well with using the app, when I got to Elverton bagels I was told to call a number taped to the wall, I tried several times with no one picking up. The person behind the counter tried calling the same result. He then suggested he might call back in a minute so I waited. Nothing. I then called u haul number and was told to down lost the app thank god my wife was there to navigate the app on the phone. Finally got a number to give the person to get a key. Wasted 30-40 minutes.
