Truck was not well maintained. It was making noises. Cab was not cleaned. I sent pictures of the start and end mileage to the number given at the location yet still a different start mileage was used and I was charged for extra mileage.

Steven Mthe rear latch was broken during the usage of the truck, the whole rental i had to use a tie down strap to hold down the door which caused a delay in all of the task that had to be done for the entire length of the rental. I would like to be compensated for this and hopefully it will be fixed before the next time we rent from the location. We use the truck for distribute food at a food pantry and the delay almost caused us to cancel due to the added time
Joseph MThe mobile pick up was inefficient. The gentleman behind counter on drop off was rude as could be. Have rented Uhauls at many locations on Staten Island and has always been seamless. This location was terrible
