They were not prepared for me at all and had not even checked the the truck was in their system and returned properly from the previous renters. So I had to wait an hour while they got their act together. Then they gave me the wrong dolly and I had to go back to their office to explain the error to them. They seemed very unfamiliar with U-Haul. I wish I could have gotten a partial refund for all the inconveniences.Elin V.

I received a text the day before pick up changing the pick up location. I arrive to find the place closed and no one answering the number I was given. I found this location nearby and the lady there was extremely helpful trying to get my reservation changed to this location. She had trouble with the Uhaul system but she worked very hard to help me.Tom G.

There was no on cat the drop location to check us out. Had no instructions on where to the leave the truck. When we rented the truck we had purposely left the drop location open since we didn't know location was closed to our hotel and the airport. We drove the truck to the closet 1 and then had to drive to a different 1 and had to cancel our Uber ride and reschedule it. This was a great inconvenience to us. Your website sucks. I had to get multiple verification codes just to attempt to check out and still was unable to check out. I will never use U Haul ever again.Larry L.

Their lot was a bit small and difficult to maneuver with our cars. However, their trailers were on a separate lot and that made it easier for hooking up the trailer. They were very cooperative in changing our trailer size when we realized we could use the smaller one. They were helpful in getting us hooked up correctly also.Jonelle R.
Offsite location for pick up was very difficult to find in the dark. The person working at the location did call me ahead of time but did not inform me of the parking lot up the street where the truck was parked. Better signage would be nice.Marshall Q.

Gates weren't open. Truly confusing when the gate says not to block but there was no where else to park the truck. Also if someone prefers to drop off their truck somewhere else don't change it.Aleecia W.

Vehicle was clean but the gas level indicated on the contract was incorrect. Contract stated 3/8 of a tank but was only 1/4 full. Very disappointing when I was responsible for the missing fuel. Also the contract from the previous user was still in the vehicle.Morgon K.

I was extremely over billed. Billed and paid $70.81 at pickup for one day and 34 miles. Was then billed and paid $320.51 after turned in for the same daily rate and 185.40 miles. Was not given any credit for the $70.81 I had already paid and my son paid $75 cash when he turned it in for gas but the final bill also included $66 for gas.Lori M.

Be sure the correct trailer size as stated in the reservation is what is given when reserved. The one we rented was larger than the one they put on contract. The right one was available on the lot. Not in terrific conditions or very clean tho. Took a good while to get changed to the correct size as agreement showed.Stephen M.

Better communication with the location would be ideal. The website set me up for a self pickup at 8 am, but this location only offers desk pickup and doesn't open till 10 am. I found that out the morning of the move when the website information changed at pickup time. I had even called Uhaul to verify, because I was having trouble with the app. I got started 2 hours later than intended, but the staff at the pickup location were excellent. They apologized and made sure I had everything I needed for the move. Their customer service made up for Uhaul dropping the ball with the online information.ELIZABETH C.

It was a little confusing as to the location of this Uhaul site. The Uhaul site was 1-2 hundred yards away from the place where you meet the associated that help with rental. There weren't any signs or information that I saw that referenced this so I couldn't find the place initially to talk to someone. Had to visit a different business beside the Uhaul site to understand where to go. I hope this helps.MICHAEL W.

Truck was parked parallel to busy highway on slippery, wet grass and took ten+ minutes to extract from deep ruts. Had to back 29' truck 100' down hill to reach some concrete where it could get some traction. Also, the location made me wait 1 hour to pick up truck in person vs. the online way I signed up for. Only when arriving at 8am wasI informed by the app that I had to wait until 9 am.David S.

Have more small trailer inventory. It was difficult to find a small trailer. I finally found this one at Elvis Auto Sales. Also many of the U-Haul distributors in my area have limited hours of operation making it very difficult to do business.Clay T.
