Was told they would be open until 6:00 pm, but to drop off by 5:45. Got there at 5:35 and no one was there. Also there was a sign 1-2 blocks before saying that business rented u-hauls, but when I pulled in, the location had moved up a block. This cost me 10 min as I had to turn the truck around with much difficulty.

Janet J.Trying not to be negative, but the UHaul dealership in Taylors,SC should not be in 2 places that looks, as if you are in a cheap & dirty car dealership. The staff was nice, but my UHaul van had issues with the tires, mirrors , and it was very dirty. I was transferring expensive paintings to Columbia, SC and ??? Myself if I would get there! I 🙏🏻I will never rent a UHaul again!!!
