Extremely unorganized for weekend usage and very poor communication. I needed to apparently check in online instead of in person because theres no clerk which is Extremely inconvenient. I had to wait an hour to even get the keys as its in a coded lock box and never received the code. Definitely room for improvements.

ANNE-CLARA G1. It is hard to understand that u-haul is there: barely noticeable u-haul sign near the door. 2. Truck was provided. After 20 minutes run it was parked for loading and did start after that because of dead battery. 3. This location it was second reschedule. I was not able to pick up the truck in Russell, where reservations has been submitted initially.
