The location and employees were excellent - The experience with the U-Haul system while trying to pick up the truck was horrible. It took over an hour to be able to get through the online pickup process and I had multiple problems trying to upload the requested photos of the truck All of the issues I had with this rental were due to U-Haul's online dependent process, the pickup location employees were helpful and professional

CHRISTOPHER WMy gripe with this location has to do with the U-haul app. NOTHING on the app directs you to see an attendant when renting a trailer. I have been hauling trailers for most of my life and very capable of hooking and unhooking them. I should not have to seek an employee out for them to do their job. There is nothing at this location to identify U-haul’s association with this place.
