Inside the truck cab was dirty. Some of the items that were reserved were not available at that site specifically moving blankets and floor dolly.

CHRISTOPHER WMy gripe with this location has to do with the U-haul app. NOTHING on the app directs you to see an attendant when renting a trailer. I have been hauling trailers for most of my life and very capable of hooking and unhooking them. I should not have to seek an employee out for them to do their job. There is nothing at this location to identify U-haul’s association with this place.
