There was no staff at the drop off location at noon this past Friday. There was a hand written sign saying be back in an hour, out to lunch. It is lucky i didn't need to speak with a person before leaving the location or I would have been late for a flight. No impressed with no on on duty during mid day business hours.James M.

I placed a reservation for a 24/7 truck share at 9pm. I arrived at the scheduled time and when I attempted to start the pickup process I was told I had to go when the location was open. I attempted to call the 24/7 truck share number and was on hold for 50 minutes and never spoke with a single representative. I had to come the following morning to complete the transaction and ended up being put several hours behind schedule. The employees at this location were able to get me set up very quickly and I don't fault them for the mixup, this is entirely on U-Haul.STEVEN F.

We didn't order a dolly. The lady told us there's a dolly in the truck but if we don't break the seal we won't be charged. At home we realized no dolly inside so I waited on hold to tell U-Haul this and they supposedly made a note. Then we got charged $82 for missing dolly. I called and was transferred and on hold over half an hour and had to tell the story 3 times. Finally was told they'll send a note to the local place and it's up to them. Lots of unnecessary time on the phone over a dolly we never needed or wanted.Corrie E.

Everything was fantastic, my only 2 bullet points were 1) The truck I reserved was not available, so they had to downgrade me, but that's more the fault of the previous customer who had the truck, not the location. The location was very accommodating in spite of the hiccup. 2) It seemed a little weird to me that they said 'make sure to fill it back up to the 11/16 mark (I forget the exact measurement, but it was a specific amount between 1/2 and 3/4), wouldn't it make more sense to just tell your customers 'return it with a full tank', since that is easier to fill up to? Again these are both nitpicks at best, the place and experience overall was very quick, easy, and painless and I felt very taken care of in spite of setbacks.Trevin C.

1. The location I had reserved for was not made avaialble to me and I had to travel 10 extra miles and was charged for that. I later discovered there was a truck there at the oroginal location. 2. The advertised rate was not what I was charged. I rented on a businsses week and was overcharged for a "weekend" rate. 3. I was charged an extra 20 dollars because your store closed early. this location is also a car shop and even though I scheduled online and was supposed to pick up at 10:30am on a Tuesday, it took almost 40 minutes for "the uhaul guy" to come talk to me. He smelled like alcohol too. I am sure he's a nice person, but I am definitely never renting from that location again.CYNIRA W.
The employees at this location were very helpful. It make the process so easy and stress free. I've used other uhaul dealers and had terrible experiences, but this was just the opposite. Keep up the good work. The only suggestion would be to sweep the trailer out a little better, but I do understand it was a busy/crazy weekend. ThanksSHAWN R.

Front desk alluded to having arrived late and was backed up with customers, which meant I had to wait well past my reservation time. Uhaul system was not working, so employee had to check me out through his personal phone. Overpriced for only using for 3 hours. I use to have in my head that Uhaul was reasonably priced, but this time the overall was ridiculous and I'll do a better job of shopping in the future. And if I do go with Uhaul again, I'll pick a better location/dealer.Bryant S.

You told us to drop the truck off at 8am but the lactation doesn't open until 9am. We tried to check the truck in on 3 different phones, which your site did not function properly. We called and was told we had a 5-10 minute hold. After 30 minutes someone answered and put us back on hold and never answered again. My wife chatted with someone who gave us another number to call and finally after 50 minutes a woman answered and understood our situation. I have nothing negative to say about the u-haul locations or the workers there but I cannot give them good marks and make uhaul look good in anyway. It was horrible phone assistance and took nearly an hour to return the truck, impossible to get help. We'll be moving back east in 2 years and we will definitely use Penske or someone else other than uhaulMisty U.

I only needed the truck, unexpectedly, to take my queen size mattress and box spring to our local dump. I put less than 40 miles on it. However, the interior of the cab had not been maintained. There was dirt on the floorboards, sticky dried soda pop on the cup holders, and dust on the dashboard. Previous users had spilled and wiped white paint on a small area of the floor in the haul box. And there was dust and debris there as well. Because I was hauling my old junk bed to the dump, this didn't bother me. When I completed my â€œrunâ€ I took the UHaul through a car wash and made sure to clean the wheel hubs, tires, underneath of the truck, the step ups into the cab, and the haul box, as well as the exterior sides. I returned it full as standard procedure. With COVID-19, I would hope that the interior cab would be wiped out and sanitized between drivers. Just my suggestion. I would like to state that I will,and have always, appreciated UHaul stores in every area I have lived in! Convenient locations, fast availability, friendly staff, affordability, and the stuff to get a job movingâ€¦ your business will always get 5 stars! Thank you.LAURALEA B.

The location guy that helped us was great. Nothing against the location it's self. This is more U-Haul as a whole. I got pretty frustrated, because one of my emergency contacts almost made it so I could not rent a truck to move across states and almost got screwed over, because of this. Broken shattered glass in cab of truck. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I waited an hour in the front of the building and was never greeted or acknowledged until a mechanic came in and he greeted me. Then the guy finally came in from the parking lot and started helping people who had been there 10 minutes. I won't be back there.DAVID W.

The employee at this location was great and pick up was easy. The Uhaul representative that called me the day before my rental said I could rent blankets from this pick-up location the day I picked up the truck.
