I called to say I would be late. I was told the key would be left in a box and I would be sent a code. I was not sent a code and I was not able to pick up the truck due to the shop closing early before advertised close. Very frustrating when you are trying to move.

Emerson BThe staff at Emission Time was very helpful. The truck was clean and at full tank. The only issue was that the link from the text message after checking in won’t open properly. I was supposed to open the link and fill in the form to indicate any existing damages on the vehicle. However, I spent 20 minutes trying to load the page, every time I clicked on the camera button from that page, it got stuck. I wasn’t able to submit any photos of the existing scratches on the vehicle.
