The drop off experience was fast and convenient. U-Haul overcharged me on the moving pads I rented by $2 from my pickup paperwork vs the charges showing on my final receipt and charges. All pads were accounted for. Not worth fighting over but still annoying. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Truck drove well, air conditioner, and stereo both functional . The interior of the van was clean and made move much easier.

My whole body was shaking and I thought this is not right. when I asked the attendant he said it was normal. Hard to believe it could be so rough. If I had to drive more than a few miles in such a rough ride, I would be crazy at the end.

Bruce D1visit about a year ago lead to extra unnecessary charges that had to be resolved with regional management. 2nd visit we were notified 15 mins after leaving the we would be charged if our vehicle was left in their lot. Despite this “policy” being verbal with zero written or posted notification. In all my experience renting from various locations this was a first. Seems like a slimy attempt to catch people off guard and gauge them. WILL NOT RETURN
