This is the first time I was really disapointed with the experience. First of all, the van was not driving easy at all. There was a slight problem with the direction (I am comparing with the previous Uhaul experiences). The backup camera that I was used with was missing. The sliding back door was giving us a hard time to open and close. There was a burn bulb on the left turn light. I so couldn’t believe that some of your rentals don’t have cruise control. So far the worst experience. I dropped it iff earlier because I couldn’t stand it. And I didn’t say anything because I had no time for it
