Rude disrespectful
JOHN HThe drop off experience was fast and convenient. U-Haul overcharged me on the moving pads I rented by $2 from my pickup paperwork vs the charges showing on my final receipt and charges. All pads were accounted for. Not worth fighting over but still annoying. Other than that, it was a great experience.
James ATruck drove well, air conditioner, and stereo both functional . The interior of the van was clean and made move much easier.
Stephen AThe trucks ride was super rough, on the freeway, I felt the whole truck was going to come apart. My whole body was shaking and I thought this is not right. when I asked the attendant he said it was normal. Hard to believe it could be so rough. If I had to drive more than a few miles in such a rough ride, I would be crazy at the end.
