With the mix up at the drop off location, they said they couldn't find my truck. I received a call from the other place I was supposedly supposed to leave my truck at, and they said I was past due and that my truck hadn't been checked in yet, despite the fact that I dropped it off at 11:30 the night before. I called this place where I was then told the truck I left wasn't there and there was nothing in the system for it. Long story short, the truck was located on their property and they moved my drop off paperwork to their location. I was supposed to get an email confirming this and the check in of the truck but never did. In the end it worked out, but I also didn't necessarily like the "you should have checked your contract" thing because I know where I chose to drop it off and I have screenshot from when I booked it. Pretty painful experience due to ONE person's error and I paid $109 for the truck twice .

Location and equipment was fine. When I booked the truck online on 10/2, I entered a coupon code that was supposed to have a $250 balance on it. This was acknowledged by the system when I completed this reservation. When I went to pick up the truck, there was no record of any coupon. The location had me call the main U-Haul customer service number and I was told that that would be taken care of when I brought the truck back. I returned the truck the next day as required and there was still no record of the coupon. The coupon code was 74B3FF12. What was supposed to be covered ended up being a charge to me of $180+-.

the facility you requested I use on Sandy Blvd was locked, after 15 minutes on the phone I gave up and called the location on 90th S; they were better, but not overwhelming - wanted to take my paperwork and send me out the door

1-800-Go-UHaul made a reservation to a site (Shine Towing LLC) which was closed! I wasted time going to a location that 1-800-Go-UHaul should not have used. Awful!

This was not the location I was scheduled to drop off the truck, although U-Haul said they contacted me about a drop-off change (they did not contact me). The person who greeted me took care of it and allowed me to drop off the truck and credited me for going over the allotted miles due to the change of drop-off. Overall I was not thrilled with the changes U-Haul made without contacting me, but the person at this location was great it taking care of it for me.
