GREGORY MVacant building and area and not well marked. Self serve return process discovered on our own. Knowing that in advance would have been helpful. No personnel on site at all. It truly looked like a vacant building.

H JThis drop off location looked like an abandoned building and the lot was very unclear as to where to park. There was also long grass and other weeds growing everywhere in the parking lot and me and my party left with over 40 combined little sticky sharp thistles stuck to our clothing and shoes.

Donald AUnfortunately this was an extremely poor experience. I had called the day before to ensure my vehicle was ready and was assured I would get a call back once they knew. I never received one. When I arrived the owner did not know how to dispatch a vehicle so I was left waiting while he found another staff member who could figure it out. Then they had difficulty finding the key for the van. I had also reserved 36 pads and a dolly. They did not have enough pads available. I asked them to make sure they documented this so I would be charged for them upon turn in. After calling a few times to ask if they they said they had not, and I gave up realizing they would not take care of it. They also told me they didn’t have a dolly, but then found one. Finally, the van had a check engine light on and they shrugged it off saying it should be fine. Overall an extremely bad experience, and I would encourage U-Haul to look independently and see if they think they should be using this location to rent equipment going forward.

Leroy WFirst rental truck had flat tire parked in lot. Replacement truck was very dirty in cab but otherwise in better condition. Rental office took way too long for transaction and doubled time as first truck was unusable. Need to pay more attention to the truck conditions and their serviceability before trying to rent them.

DENNIS GI went to return my U-Haul yesterday and had nothing but problems with the app. I also had issues with the app when I went to pick up my U-Haul but nothing compared to yesterday. I was out at that location for an hour and a half trying to do my return process and all that it would show was a white screen and after a few minutes would say “no network connection” when I had all 5 bars. Every other app on my phone was working just fine. This location was not in a good part of town so having to spend that long trying to do that, out there…not very safe. I called you guys and was told a 50 to 60 minute wait time. Did the call back option and when someone finally got back to me she gave me a number to call and said they could help with the return process. She gave the same number that I had already called and it said the same exact thing. This return process was very upsetting.

Kelly MWhen I reserved my truck I paid for a hand truck, a furniture dolly, and a dozen furniture covers. When I got home with the truck to load it up I opened the back and none of the supplies I paid for had been provided. The location is closed on sundays so I couldn’t go talk to anyone about it in person, then I tried to reach out to a uhaul employee on the IM customer service thing and it said the wait would be 23mins. So my moving experience was A LOT harder than it needed to be and I couldn’t even get my money back for the supplies that I was not supplied.
Baron WJust not pleased with return policy. I returned the auto transport a day early, no refund. Then returned all the unopened furniture blankets, never used, still in plastic. No refund.
Roland KI paid $22 for a furniture dolly and a dozen blankets, none of which was included. The process to check in was difficult due to issues with the app.
Nolan WI had no problem with the site and really appreciated their assistance with this rental. However when I received my final bill and realized the per mileage rate I was at a loss. I think your mileage rate is a bit excessive since I work in the commercial trucking industry and our per mile rate is not that high it seems like price gouging to me.
Michael KAlways have what I need. Trucks are clean full of gas. Very friendly. Second time using Emmanual Automotive Service Center and will use them again for U-Haul and service on my car

The second location where I went to pick up the missing furniture blankets and dolly (they weren't at the site when I went to pick up the truck) was well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Jennifer SI ordered dollys and hand trucks, and prepaid for them. However, when I picked up the truck those things were not there. I had to waste time going back to the location to get them. I also had to pay for more time because of THEIR mistake. They offered nothing in terms of reimbursement for THEIR mistake costing me more money. I understand now why you're never allowed to give zero stars.

Enrique FInclude trouble shooting instructions for the 24/7 option and some kind of reimbursement for time that is wasted when the UHAUL app/website does not load properly or sync reservation information. My first reservation would not sync with my account dashboard and no one knew how to help me. I finally cancelled the reservation to attempt to reset my account. I was able to reschedule my reservation easily. However, this was a time consuming process. For those who are not very tech savvy this process can be a bit daunting. I would suggest watching the tutorial videos provided and thoroughly reading the directions. If you have a hard time using the app, use the traditional website to take the final photos of the odometer/fuel.
Ashley MThe trailer I was given had bad tires. I end up on the side of the road. I took pictures of the tires in question but I can not up loaded them here. Then I call roadside assistance and it took over 4 hours to get the help I needed.

Katherine BThis location has a run-down appearance. The general appearance of the facility could be improved. The rental trucks, however, appeared clean and in good shape. The combination on the rear of the truck was very difficult to remove. The moving pads that we rented had a bad enough odor that we could not use them.

Francisco CMore instructions on how to pick up. Tank was only a quarter full. The back door wasn't locked properly so somebody could have stolen the truck before me picking it up
John RThe trailer was ready for pickup as expected - as I had made a reservation. The trailer did have a problem with the lights at the time of hook up, corroded connector, and the mechanic on site made wiring repairs to the trailer (while my truck lights were engaged) to provide testing. Following the repairs to the trailer wiring the right turn signal indicator on the trailer still did not function, but no further repairs or troubleshooting was made at the time and no other options were provided. Key item is that my vehicle was fully functional prior to hooking up to the uhaul trailer as I was towing my own trailer the preceding day and all lights were functional. Roadside assistance was called to attempt repairs; comments made regarding the roadside assistance separately. Prior to departure, confirmation was made with the facility for appropriate drop off time to uphold the one-day rental agreement and fee. The trailer was returned to the facility prior to the specified drop off time, but the facility was closed (they do not keep hours on a Saturday). On Monday morning the site checked the trailer back in and I was provided a bill charging me for a three day rental, vice one, plus an additional charge for after hours return.

JOSE JClean the truck. It was disgusting at pickup and clearly not cleaned for covid. Get drop off locations that pick up the phone during business hours, as I had to continuously call the 800 numbers at pickup and delivery. Fix the application, as my reservation was not available to me at pickup or delivery and when calling the 800 numbers was still not able to fix. Provide itemized invoices to customers so we know what we Lee being charged for. I received a $53 charge at drop off —which I’ve made an assumption is for gas — but it is not detailed for gallons needed. This was a horrible experience from star to finish and I don’t know that I’ll recommend or use U-Haul again.
