Leroy W.First rental truck had flat tire parked in lot. Replacement truck was very dirty in cab but otherwise in better condition. Rental office took way too long for transaction and doubled time as first truck was unusable. Need to pay more attention to the truck conditions and their serviceability before trying to rent them.
