I order the pick from Jane and st Claire but i was forced to go pick it up from Keel and st Claire. And my order was confirmed during the booking but i was later told that it won't be available

I ordered a vehicle online for a 24 hour rental. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they informed me that I would only be able to have it for 21 hours. I was not able to move everything I needed to move with this reduced time. The employees at the site said that this was their typical policy and they usually call people in advance to let them know of the difference in hours, since they 'never rent for 24 hours'. They didn't call me and, though they apologized for the inconvenience, it doesn't make sense that the website allows me to book 24 hours when it's not available. The website and rental locations should be coordinated with their policies and terms.

Dear sir/ma'am, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding an extremely frustrating situation I find myself in after dealing with the U Haul Moving and Storage Etobicoke. On March 7th 2017 I called and made a reservation for a 15' truck (also from U Haul - Master Order Number:81488182) Since I needed a storage unit too and found that U Haul Moving and Storage, located at 1472 The Queensway in Etobicoke was the most convenient for me as I work and live within 10-12 minutes. I was able to book and confirm both reservations well in advance. I provided my cored it information and everything that was asked of me. On March 25th I received a called from the storage facility confirming that I still wanted the unit and I said yes. I invite you to check recorded call to verify. Call to me was around 6:10 (Eastern time) As you are aware, truck booking are hourly and charges are applied based on mileage. So you can imagine my surprise when I showed up at the storage facility with my loaded 15' truck on a Sunday night, only to be told that there are units available. Yes, my reservation is there, showing, but no empty units for me to move into? How could that be? Mr. Jermal Glenn, the manager proceeded to explain to me that they were expecting someone to move out that day and they didn't. I find that to be unacceptable. Mr. Glenn then offered to send me to a different location. Here is my problem, that location is at 240 rexdale Blvd which is in a different city, completely out of my way, not close to either where I live or work. To add to my frustration, my initial booking was for a drive up unit, unfortunately, the location I got sent to against my will, does not have the size I had initially booked as drive up units. Which means, that not only am i now forced to store my belongings somewhere I did not choose, but now I'm also forced into a bigger unit since I requested a drive up and they didn't have the size I booked in drive up. I have sent numerous emails for someone to contact and I have had no response.

The location was a dump. The person was not there when I dropped it off. I was then emailed the next day as they wanted to charge me for not filling the fuel back up. It was a complete lie, as I took a picture of the fuel gauge and milage when i dropped the truck off. Way to try and rip a customer off. I called the person and then sent them the photo to show where the fuel gauge was. Terrible service.

Convenient location with good staff. Actual location should be an embarrassment to uhaul. An appalling mess which is essentially a dump site with vehicles parked in it.

There was an issue with tank. When I try to fill it up the pump would stop. Thinking it was the gas station, I tried another one, but I discovered it wasn't the stations or the pump but it was the gas tank of my U-Haul. There an issue with the gas tank, it was the air pressure inside the tank causing the pumps to stop by tricking it into detecting that it was full when it's not. Lucky a gas station attendant was able to help me and I was able to bring it back in full. Whole ordeal took an extra 30 mins of my time.
