Sabastiana CI am an older fellow. I was directed to a trailer hose tongue was buried in ice. I did not have the strength to free it or to lift the tongue. Assistance did come when I asked for it. But initially I was just sent out to the yard. As a 70 year old, I did not know what to do to free the tongue. Also, a surprise charge of $29 showed up on my receipt. I can’t recommend this location due to lack of support.

One recommendation: snow should have been cleared from roof of van before pick up (I hadn't considered this until later when it all came down in a large sheet, luckily not while driving but parking).

ANDREW JI had to hook up the equipment myself and I have arthritis. No help was given when hooking up the equipment and I asked the guy who came out to check the lights to make sure it was hooked up properly and told him I had a bad hand. He just looked at it and said it was ok a d I had to tell him no actually check the hookup and make sure it's secure. Never will use this location again even if their the only location that has the equipment I need. I'll wait till a other location has it.
VERONICA OJust the people that worked the desk seemed so miserable. I'd recommend to a friend because uhaul is easy to use and the location is easy to get to but the customer service is so defensive and unhappy.
Laura GWhen we were in the middle of moving I received a call telling me I had to drop off the truck at a different location. This was extremely inappropriate as we had already made arrangements to be picked up at the Weston Road location. The U-Haul representative gave us 27 extra Km but we asked for monetary compensation as our time is extremely valuable. A drop off in Rexdale was much further and time consuming. This representative from head office told us to call the pick up location to ask for compensation. This was very disappointing as we were in the middle of moving and frustrated with the change in drop off location. I will not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends or colleagues as the pick up location was changed less then 24 hrs before as well adding a lot of extra time on to both parts of our move.
KRISTINE RI arrived back before 6pm, and the branch was closed so I didn't have anywhere to drop the keys - I specifically chose the timing so that I didn't have to use the keydrop function (as I have had difficulties with this in the past). Just a note that if you say you close at 6pm - have people in the office until then. otherwise I was happy with the service.

JADE RRespectfully---I wasn't given an idea of what the total cost would be... My boss asked me to rent a van for a job... Once I had it, he asked me how much it would be and I wasn't able to tell from the emailed contract what the cost would be... I was unable to find the cost per Km or anything like that... I trust there will be a breakdown emailed to me, but it was never discussed, clearly posted, or emailed to me in the contract---AND IM EXTREMELY WORRIED THAT I'VE GONE OVER-BUDGET!!!
FRASER FI can’t thank everyone enough at this location for helping me when I desperately needed a truck at the end of a Sunday, just after closing time. You all helped me so much, you’re the best. Five stars all around!
MICHAEL PI booked my 5’x8’ trailer over a week in advance at this location and it was confirmed at that time. Two days before pickup I was informed that the trailer had to be picked up at a different location which was totally out of my way and would have meant an unnecessary and unpleasant drive through Sunday afternoon Toronto traffic. When I balked at this change I was given the option of a larger trailer 6’x 12’ which while doable but I find a little large for my vehicle, particularly in inclement weather as we were expecting, and did get! Closed Hwy 11 weather! Luckily I had switched back to a 5’x8’ trailer from the original location, but now a 2 way trailer as opposed to the one way I had requested. That equates to an additional 4+ hour drive to return plus additional $50 in fuel. I am not happy at all with the Uhaul experience I received. The location and staff are excellent. But I feel if the reservation is accepted it should be as planned. Also an 8’ trailer should be 8’ as the new ramp door trailers are, or bring back the 5’x10’ trailers! The standard 8’ won’t hold our 8’ display walls with angling the load and it’s much harder to secure the load properly.

SUZANNE WCustomer Service is excellent at this location. Very helpful, quick and professional. The only think the driver's cabin in 10 feet Cube Van's could be cleaned occasionally of dust and mud. Otherwise trucks are in well maintained condition.

KAMINI Pthe motorcycle trailer needs to be more robust, and motorcycle friendly, the trailer should be able to haul 2 motorcycles, and have wheel wells to properly secure the motorcycle instead of the very simplistic design currently being used

ARNALDO Lmixed up my order and charged me $80 for someone else’s order and didn’t have the right equipment for me. Also on my last order with Uhaul was double charged milage…
NICHOLAS KDrop off experience was terrible. The app kept freezing. Had to call support number. Eventually went through the website and photo upload was problematic and when I finally got it to work, I no longer had an active rental and my order was nowhere to be found, on either the app or the website. I have to call in this morning to ensure that the return went through properly.
