Very convenient to have this service so far from a bigger city. Everyone was friendly, the on-line U-Haul app made the reservation and return process easy. Our truck (20ft) was clean and easy to drive. Thank you! We will use this location again:) Our truck was clean and easy to use.

Mary MThey need to have UHaul give them more training on the contracts and computer. It took two of them before they could get logged in to do the paper work. We were not given an option about the insurance as we would not have wanted it. They were nice to work with, just not trained enough and there were not any other choices for UHaul but the one we took. I am waiting for the refund for the insurance to come off. Joshua was very nice, professional and helpful!
