This team is amazing - not only did they problem solve for me but also answered my call at an off hour to help do so. Also very helpful with hookup and drop off. I wish I'd started the process with them from the start!!

They were very helpful and accommodating.
Mary MThey need to have UHaul give them more training on the contracts and computer. It took two of them before they could get logged in to do the paper work. We were not given an option about the insurance as we would not have wanted it. They were nice to work with, just not trained enough and there were not any other choices for UHaul but the one we took. I am waiting for the refund for the insurance to come off. Joshua was very nice, professional and helpful!
