Unfortunately I don’t like all the technology of putting stuff on my phone data. That isn’t under the dealer control tho. That is a U-Haul thing.

daniel cNothing was explained at pick up and delivery, everything was to download app wich i did not the contract was on really tiny letter i really believe i got scammed,,,recieved truck on empty nothing but nothing was explained and was told unlimited miles,,i def will not rent a uhaul truck wver again,,rented local a few times in the past this was my first 1 way and it was horrible..had to pay extra $500.
ARIEL ARate that is on website says 99 cents a mile. I was charged 1.49
John BGreat experience, fantastic customer service, professional , efficient well maintained equipment and got me in and out fast.
John KThe trailer was covered in snow and ice.the straps were completely frozen. I took the trailer home and cleaned off the ice. I tried to secure the car with the frozen straps.it was -5 degrees the straps kept falling off the tires and didn’t thaw out until I got to Los Cruces New Mexico what a nightmare. All the had to do was pull the trailer in their shop for an hour not very helpful never renting anything from them ever again

Joseph EUsed a virtual assistant to help walk me through the pick-up process since the location is closed on SUNDAYS - she was my MVP, patiently talking me through the every step of the pick-up process until I had keys in hand. When selecting the virtual pick-up process, did I miss the video tutorial about what to expect or how to navigate the pick-up process? Received a lot of communication which is great, but when I receive a lot of info - sometime I miss things and maybe I did miss the 24 hr "check-in" notification where as a first-timer renter could have watched the instructions and been ready for virtual pick-up. Otherwise, now I know and would totally rent again - very convenient!
Roxana VPick-up and drop-off was a breeze. Truck was clean and the A/C was ice cold on a 87 degree day. Great job by Empire Tire. Sincerely Wayne L.
WAYNE LWe had a great experience using Uhaul for our move. The staff at Empire Tire, especially the woman who helped us check out, were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The truck was very clean, the supplies were ready and the instructions on using all the equipment was through and easy to follow. We would highly recommend this location for UHaul rental!
Cheryl MI would recommend making sure the mileage on contracts matches the mileage in your trucks, before customer leave the facility. This was my only negative experience.

Edvin KWithout notifying me, my rental was changed to a different facility further away which costed me more time and money. I had 2 movers waiting on me for almost an hour while on the clock because it took me that much longer to get the truck from the further facility. Not to mention the extra gas and mileage costs due to the further facility.
