Uhaul should Actually answer the phone when customer needs help. I called the uhaul number on the app and sat on hold for 25 minutes and then the call was disconnected. TWO TIMES! No response to my text chat for help on the app.

Uploading the driving license pictures was a nightmare.
RADOMIR DNo one there to assist took a hour to figure which truck and to take pictures of it just to get a code to unlock a box to get the keys. Then some had show up and get us the equipment that I paid extra for so that was another half hour wasted. I will not be going back to this location.
