Very rude guy I wanted to get check in to make sure nothing was a extra charge and he was very rude and hateful said he dont check on truck with customer. So im sure he charges alot of extra for customers that dont want a final break down

John PUhaul should Actually answer the phone when customer needs help. I called the uhaul number on the app and sat on hold for 25 minutes and then the call was disconnected. TWO TIMES! No response to my text chat for help on the app.
