Empire Tire is great, but the air conditioning in rental truck did not work. The person prior must not have told time.

I was using the truck and I was bout to call to extend it and they had the truck reported and a tow truck in front of my house about to repo the truck befor I was even able to call the office. This was embarrassing and my family was scared and thinking that I was going to jail I wi)l not use this company again
