It would be great if the lot was paved. It would make hooking up the trailer easier for the guys working. Great to see them being trained and that the guy training them seemed to be very particular. Great job man!
Off the beaten track a bit, but the vehicle was ready for me and the pickup went smoothly.

Location was good to work with. Vehicle had a “check engine†light on when received and remained on during rental. Appreciated option to return the truck after hours when the move took longer than anticipated. Plenty of secure parking to leave my vehicle there during the rental.

I was so pleased with the entire experience that I will notion anywhere else in the future.
Trailer did the job and was clean inside. I was a bit surprised by the condition of the trailer itself. The front facing end was very "worn" on the lower portion. The rims also had rust, seemed like it was an older unit ready to be retired.

Preform as told, Ordered pod for delivery on date before noon. Had to call 3 times to get it right. Not only did they not get it right they told me it could be delivered until 4. I also had helpers ordered. They were cancelled without even talking to me. I had to rent a truck and bring the stuff to the pod. ABSOLUTE SIDE SHOW The guys I rented the truck from were great.
The truck cargo floors were very dirty so i had to look for a way not get my furniture and stuff stained.
Brian kept me informed before my appointment time by calling to confirm the contract. Good service!

I believe U-Haul is more responsible for the rating versus the two facilities. Both had great customer service and were friendly! However, My reservation was changed and I was not informed. I originally scheduled to pick up at the tinley location. When I arrived they informed me that the truck was in Orland even though my confirmation stated Tinley. Communication in U-Hauls end could have been better:
