Equipment was easy to find. This is a completely automated location, even though I requested counter service. I had trouble with the app at pick up. Once that was don, we had trouble with the lock box. we had the right code, but the lock wouldn't open. several people tried, even the clerk of the store that said repeatedly he knew nothing about U-haul. Took about an hour and a half until the owner showed up and got us in.

Send them to a different location. The manager there knew nothing about the vehicle (tire pressure in et tire was 17 psi. He had no dolly, he didn’t even know there were pads in the back of the truck.
