The AC was not working. It took me over two hours to get this rental. The first location did not provide a gate code and the rental was blocked in. After three calls to customer service, I was able to get this rental.Jenny C.
The drop off location refused to open the door for me. I called customer service AGAIN, and was sent to THE WRONG LOCATION, finally. The original location opens up, I go back a second time and they charge me $40 for something I was never supposed to be charged for. Then, 10th call to customer service. I was told that my final charge was $67.01. This was clearly a misrepresentation. The agent never said I would be charged $158.43 and $67.01. And, I don't understand why the additional charge.lecia S.
Vehicle sustained broken window during rental. I called uhaul service & Veronica was extremely helpful. 1st time renting from this location which is very convenient to my location. Tangy was very helpful both when I picked up & when I returned.Tom B.
The staff there was absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. To make it even better, the location is a non-profit that have great programs that helps the community. We should support non-profits like these!!Artina M.

There is no way to contact the facility by phone. Their was no appliance dolly in the truck. When I returned the truck I was told to drop the key in the box, I searched the property and there was no location that I could see to drop off the key. I spent a lot of time dealing with these inconveniences. It could have been handled better.Geoff N.

This is a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The thing I love about this location is that they are a non profit organization that focuses on helping the community. I made reservation for 10:30am and did not get my truck til after 12 noon. There was no truck at 1st location so they sent me to this cherry location, when I got there m, no one was around, I had to call uhaul and finally got my truck after almost 1 hours delay. They said they will give me a $50 guarantee reservation discount but so far I have not seen it.James N.

POOR rating bcuz no Uhaul personnel at drop location. Door locked to office. Called phone # on door; girl said to call 800 number & drop the key in the box. UHaul CS Rep directed me to MyUhaul.com to complete drop off of truck & trailer. Had to enter info 2 different time on my phone pics and all. Very POOR experience. In the future I will make sure to pick a location to drop that has actual UHaul people on site. I have rented from U-Haul several times and will use them again in the future. But my recent experience was very bad. I was sent to three different locations to pick up my truck, and when I arrived at the third location, it was not open. Another customer and I waited more that 25 minutes for someone to come open the office to give us our keys. All together, I wasted two full hours just trying to get my truck. And when I got in the truck, it had not been cleaned -- neither in the cab nor the bed. With all the concern about Covid-19, that was unacceptable. Like I said, I'm a fan of U-Haul and will use them again. But this experience was totally unacceptable.John W.
This was by far the worst experience I ever had with your moving rental company. I was originally given a truck that I drove off with not knowing it was leaking gasoline. When I took the truck to fill up the gas poured all over the gasoline station. When I called to address my concerns your agent, Tina has the worst attitude. She actually demanded I get back in the truck and drive it back to pick up location. What a liability and what a disgrace for a company like Uhaul. I could avoid it: I will never possibly rent and/or do business with your organization again. I could have died in that truck if it had caught fire. I was given a second rental truck, but let me tell you that this will never erase the extraordinary poor experience, stress and dissatisfaction I endured thanks to Uhaul. I expect a full refund, a 100% refund; including the gas that I had to spend on filling up the second truck because it was on empty. Otherwise, I will be legal counsel seeking counsel. I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION via a text message FROM UHAUL AND THE APP OF MY PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIME, AFTER RETURNING THE TRUCK 14 HOURS EARLY I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY AND 40 MORE MILES. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR HELP, AND WAS TOLD KYLE DIDNT HAVE TIME THIS WEEK. I CALLED TWICE, AND THEN CALLED HEAD OFFICE, I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL AND NOW I AM DOING A REVIEW, I HOPE I CAN GET SOME HELPLloyd J.

The staff was nice, but not very knowledgeable. When I went to return the unit, no one was at the office. I called both available numbers to the office, left messages, and have still not received a phone call back (5 hours later). I had to drive to another location to drop off.Michael M.
