They gave us a truck that had mechanical issues and broke down 362 miles into a 1000 mile trip. I also feel they know the truck had the issue .

MELANIE HU-haul needs to improve your software. This was a one way rental and your system gave me a drop off address in a different city than my residence (nearby but not in the city i live in). A closer dropoff location was available but your sys would not even show it. To U-haul’s credit I was eventually able to drop off the trailer at the nearest location in my city of residence.

JEFFREY KI was disappointed with the age of the truck given my ride was 1500 miles with no cruise control, no usb port. I expected a newer vehicle for this length of time
JOHN CI was very disappointed that my reservation, which I had made a month earlier was changed from a local Ft. Myers, FL location to Englewood which was 1.5 hours away. It took 3 hours of driving time to pick up this trailer.

JOHN MThe self pickup app is still horrible. Second time I used. First time it took 40 minutes on the phone followed another 25 minutes getting the corroded lock undone. This time waited 25 minutes for a call to verify my identity. Gave up went inside and had them complete. Luckily this site was open on Saturday morning.

CHARLES AThe location was wonderful. Very friendly and such an easy experience. The U Haul experience was horrible. I booked for a 20 foot truck 4 miles from my house. I was even confirmed through an email for that location. When I arrived they said my reservation was “switched” to a location 39 miles away. No one had a 20 truck. I had to drive 15 miles away to get a 15 foot truck. Do not use the online reservations.

SABRINA AI was over charged, truck was filthy. The truck was returned with extra fuel with no credit on the final bill. I never purchased safe move and was charged for it. Many things do not sit well and I expect reimbursement.
