The owner lied and intentionally allowed me to purchase a 4 day rental when I disclosed to him I only needed 1. He informed me that I could turn the trailer in early but what he didn't disclose to me was that they'd keep my 500 dollars for a 1 day trailer rental with no reimbursement for unused days. He's a professional liar and I'm going to do my best to discredit him and his organization.Jessie E.

We reserved a van in Newark DE three weeks prior. We received a call from U haul telling us no van nor any truck was available in Delaware. Our only option was to drive 40 miles to Joppa MD. U-Haul reservations seem to be useless and unreliable.John L.
Provide accurate information regarding your products, so next customer would not experience a loss in time (money) due to inaccurate information. My vehicle was not taken with me because your equipment was not designed for large scale pickup trucks. Nor did you company compensate its equipment design for this vehicle.Timothy P.
Where do I start? First, I chose a location that was close to my residence that was changed to Fallston, MD which is the total opposite direction and five miles further away from my residence. When I contacted the Fallston, MD store I was told that I was going to have to travel another 5 miles further to Joppa, MD which is about another 3to 4 miles from residence. I was told for my inconvenience, they would give me additional 20 miles. THAT NEVER HAPPENED; HENCE I HAD TO PAY A $ 1.51. Which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, I order 10 packing pads EPIC only had three pads. Fortunately they did not charge me the three pads. Thirdly, I get into the truck and it has just over a quarter tank of gas. I will say, I will never use U-haul again, I am going to put my displeasure on Twitter and Facebook.Efrain R.

The truck was nice a And comfortable, what would have made it perfect was if the vehicle had a USB for the cell phone. I had a buddy following me and had no way to charge my phone. My buddy got lost and had no way to contact me for directions. Fortunately he found his way.jason H.

Wow...I spent so much time talking to DIFFERENT people about how to rent the equipment.......and being put on hold only to talk to someone else and be put on hold again about the SAME thing.....I drove to the area to pick up the vehicle and called UHAUL to arange the pick up of a dolly only to be put on hold again and again...........finally someone explained to me how I needed to rent the dolly..... This is after approximately 35 minutes of being tossed around from operator to operator .. After that things went well. I have to say that I WILL NOT RECOMEND UHAUL If asked...........kenneth S.
