Half hour just to pick up my U-Haul through the 24/7 app that wasn’t working. A agent who wasn’t knowledgeable until I hung up and called again and the young lady got me on the road in 5mins. I’m not sure what it is but better customer service and faster wait time 19mins then 22 is ridiculous. It’s Penske next move.
