A/c in u- hale did not work and blow any air. I called and talked to u-hale about it and nobody reached out to me after this large inconvenience about issue. At least a discount on my rental would of been at least for having to have a truck in 98 dagree weather with no air conditioning.

Lori AHorrible customer service Went to grab the keys and come to find out the uhaul i was trying to get into wasn’t the right one, went back inside and the guy told me oh yeah i forgot to tell you, its not that one it’s the other one. We reserved a dolly, dolly wasn’t inside. Guy told me it would be and when i opened the uhaul when i got home, it wasn’t there. Also ordered furniture pads, but they didnt have any available. Horrible service, will not be coming back to this location.

DONNA MApp let me book the time slot but key had to be handed in person and they were at lunch from 12pm - 2pm. That's ridiculous.

Brian SThe staff on all occasions has been great. However, the truck rental itself was less than. The seal for the window and door fell off while I was driving & I ended up having to hold it in my lap for the duration of the rental. The lock provided to secure the trailer also did not work.

Andrew JMy reservation was changed about 8 hours before pick up to a different location. After endings the call, I was sent a different location via text. Called back again, agreed on the new location, and was told a different location AGAIN before ending the call. Called back again and was give a different location again. Keep in mind EVERY time, I was told this was the only location with any trucks available. I specifically asked, each phone call and was told this. The location EPIC STORAGE was great though! Staff was friendly and truck was clean.

The only thing I would improve is the logistics behind each location and their hours because we scheduled our pick up time @ 12:45 and would’ve had to wait until 2 for our appointment due to the location being closed at that time.

Al RUpon returning the vehicle after a 22 round trip with truck fuel efficiency of 10 miles per gallon and having put over 2 gallons back Uhaul charged me for 6 gallons of gas. Uhaul said I didn’t return the truck with the same amount of gas. Mind you I drove 22 miles and the truck has a 10 miles per gallon efficiency. To translate to everyone they robbed me of money I didn’t owe them! These morons can’t even do simply math when they commit fraud by overcharging people. I called Epic storage they told they couldn’t help me, I called Uhaul themselves and still have not heard back. I am going to dispute the entire transaction with my credit card if I don’t hear back by Friday February 3. Dishonest thieves.
Flavio AChanged location of pick up 2 times each time getting farther from original. Original truck was not available had to get bigger. Truck was dirty when I picked up. Inside was ok outside dirty and box dirty. Other than that truck worked good and drop off was easy. People at the location were nice and helpful

Allan CThe check in process was good. However, I was not happy with the check out process. I had rented a 17ft truck and I needed to extend because my equipment wasn’t able to be picked up the day it was scheduled. This meant I needed to keep the truck for an additional day in order for the company to come to my home to get the equipment. I locked the truck to secure the equipment in it. Upon arrival, we didn’t have a key to open the truck so they could get their equipment. I called the Epic Storage to get a key and they said they had it but the rental company would not wait or come back after I got the key. I had to keep the truck another day because I needed to take the equipment back myself on Monday. On Monday, I went to get the key and they couldn’t find it. I was sent to a U-Haul Center to get the lock off and there they gave me a key and I was finally able to return my equipment and then return the truck. This meant I had to keep the truck another day and I was charged for three days. This was a huge inconvenience and I would like to be reimbursed for the days I had to keep the truck because I couldn’t get the truck open. I am waiting for a call from Area Manager Ron.

It was the only one there...upon my arrival to pickup the truck, there was someone there who wanted it also. But because of the reservation that was put in from the Durango store gave me the rights to the truck! "Great customer service!"

Don PInsurance charges were added to our bill that we declined. I called to get them removed and the girl said she reviewed it with my husband. My husband said the ONLY thing mentioned was the gas charge if he didn't fill it up. This is very deceptive to add charges to someone's bill without their consent. As of now, this has not been resolved. If not resolved by Monday, I will file a complaint with the BBB.
