I was scheduled to pickup vehicle using the App prior to the facility opening. Could not get a one time passcode sent to me. Had to wait until facility opened. Rental agent was wonderful in getting me on my way. I finally got all the account passcodes about 3 hours later. So location was wonderful but U- Haul automated system was horrible and put me behind schedule.
