Staff was very friendly! Easy instructions to do mobile pick up
Larissa VI was given a bad truck that had a bad corrosion battery the truck cut off on me 3 times and I had to wait hours for someone to come and repair. It cost me over $600 additional in man hours to pay my movers to wait for repairs each time. Uhaul needs to refund me for that. I couldn’t complete my move in 24 hours as I intended to, instead because of the delays and the fact the truck last broke down at 11pm my movers would not stay any longer. I paid for 3 workers @ $25 an hour and I paid $750 for 10 hours. With the down time it cost $450 in man hours when I was only supposed to pay $750 the extra $450 came out my savings and I need that back. The truck was a complete nightmare and I need my money back. I missed important appointments and paid additional money unnecessarily. Uhaul has zero respect for customers time and money. The down time meant my truck couldn't be loaded or unloaded and cost my movers time they didn't have. My movers yelled at me and cursed me out over something that wasn't in my control. The 1st time the truck broke down, I sent pictures of the corrosion on the battery and requested that they send someone to replace the battery. The sent someone in 2 hours after telling me someone would be there in 30 mins. The guy named Mike arrived and was extremely rude and not wanting to talk or explicitly anything to me. He immediately got in the truck and turned the key on and said the radio was left on. That is ridiculous and was a complete lie. He told me the vehicle was good to go and that it would not cut off again, but it did twice. This caused me emotional stress and anxiety issues ontop of extra cost. I want this resolved immediately.

CHARLES JThe truck was from 1995 and yhe passenger mirror fell off as soon as we tried to adjust it for the driver. Maybe use a little bit of money to maintain these trucks a little better. I don't believe a 31 year old truck only has 130k miles on it. Especially for moving.

Robert RTruck they gave us started to misfire so we called uhaul roadside assistance they came and towed the truck, went back the next day because they said they had another truck for us but they didn’t so they sent us to another location and didn’t get a truck till 10:30 am. Didn’t even give us compensation for the inconvenience

David DThe vehicle was in need of a lot of repair, it is old and rickety. I had to slam the door several times before it would stick. The seat was ripped and worn. The whole thing rattled like crazy. Rough ride. I would suggest buying some new vehicles that don't have roll-up windows - it just screams old.

STACIE MThe gas tank wasn’t full but the gauge shows full and they told me it was full when they give me , I only drove it 18 miles total but I had to put 6 gallon ($21) gas which is insane. I even left the receipt inside so they can see it.

It’s so easy to pay and rent from this location. I will not rent from any other storage company close by and there are many. Give the staff a raise and all the praise.

HURRICANE HI'm a 5'1" female, and the key drop box is very high; I had to stand on my toes to barely reach it. Then the key wouldn't go in because it is a straight-line slot, and the key is attached to a ring attached to a plastic card. Because of the ring, it wouldn't fit in the drop box. I had to take all 3 pieces apart, which wasn't easy, and then put all 3 in the box. Lower the box and make the slot a half inch wider.

ELPIDIO RInside was a little dusty. Also while driving the “service airbag” light came on at least twice. The attendant was at lunch when I dropped the vehicle off so could not report it to her. She was overall very friendly and knowledgeable at check in.

MYRA BA/c in u- hale did not work and blow any air. I called and talked to u-hale about it and nobody reached out to me after this large inconvenience about issue. At least a discount on my rental would of been at least for having to have a truck in 98 dagree weather with no air conditioning.

Lori AHorrible customer service Went to grab the keys and come to find out the uhaul i was trying to get into wasn’t the right one, went back inside and the guy told me oh yeah i forgot to tell you, its not that one it’s the other one. We reserved a dolly, dolly wasn’t inside. Guy told me it would be and when i opened the uhaul when i got home, it wasn’t there. Also ordered furniture pads, but they didnt have any available. Horrible service, will not be coming back to this location.

DONNA MApp let me book the time slot but key had to be handed in person and they were at lunch from 12pm - 2pm. That's ridiculous.

Brian SThe staff on all occasions has been great. However, the truck rental itself was less than. The seal for the window and door fell off while I was driving & I ended up having to hold it in my lap for the duration of the rental. The lock provided to secure the trailer also did not work.
