I Left my car outside of the establishment because they said I could. I returned the uhaul at 5:20 pm although I received a text message saying that it was due back at 7:30 pm. As soon as I pulled up Carmichael told me that I was late and I said how so when I received a text saying 7:30 pm. He also stated that 2 females that claimed they knew my car was going to mess it up but the people that he described were unfamiliar and I have no problems with anyone. As soon as I left the uhaul office I went to spinx and got some gas and as I got out of the car I noticed that it was scrape marks on my rims and it look like someone had stuck a crowbar in between the rim and the tire and took a noticeable piece of my tire off and I have brand new tires on my car. I will not recommend anyone to rent from you all ever again or leave anything on your property !Jeffrey H.

Misleading as to how much it will cost. It states on line that it is 19.99 then I got ins. For 14.00 and I knew I had to put gas in it but it said nothing about per mile. I ended up paying almost 100.00 for 2 hours. That's crazy.Terri W.
Dropped off trailer within 24hrs and they did not put it in system till after 3 days and tried to charge me a $21 late fee. Had to call and argue with them about when I returned it,they changed their attitude when I told them I had pictures to prove when I returned it. DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM!!!brian M.

Make sure you check the gas level against the level they report before pulling off. I did not (my fault) and they marked that the uhaul was on half. No way a 6 mile round trip took a quarter tank of gas. The uhaul is also dirty in the front and back but I did not get charged for it. The guy at the desk is nice though.Brittany S.

I paid to get the truck at 8am and it told me after I signed in that I couldn't pick it up until the store opened at 10am. I looked back and saw that I opted for mobile pickup which I thought I could do even if the location wasn't open. If that wasn't the case it shouldn't have been offered to me. Then I leave come back at 10am and wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up to open up everything. Then he took my info all over again this took at least 30 minutes that I thought I already did by filling out everything online. When I finally get to the truck I open the back and find that there is a huge tv box in the back with paper that wasn't removed. I wanted to start moving at 8am and because of all of this I didn't even get to start until almost 11am. When I voiced my concerns to the man in charge he didn't offer a reason or explanation for any of it. I was very disappointed with this experience.Lanette H.

The truck was filthy, mud front and back. When returned they charged me for that and I was no where near any mud. Rented multiple times from Uhaul, this will be my lastRichard S.

David is a thief . He tried to steal by charging 468.50 on my credit card , the charge was from Equity auto not U-Haul. When I caught him he returned it. He made me use his move eta by asking me to cancel movers scheduled through U-Haul . He said he would match U-Haul price which is 75/ hour for two movers . But after the moving he asked for 75 per person/ hour.Rajesh A.

Had to check in truck through app since no one was there. While in their parking lot the app kept crashing. It took 30min to drop off truck! Will consider another company next time we make a move.PRESTON A.
I had to go to two different Uhaul locations across town from one another to pick up my truck at one and the car trailer at another. When I made the reservation on Friday night for the car trailer I asked if they could take the car trailer to the same location I was picking up the truck. She said someone would call me back within the hour and I could request it with them but I one ever called. After I picked up the truck the location for the uhaul location for the car trailer was 13 miles from the other so this caused me to put an extra 26 miles on the truck. When I turned it in I put a full tank of gas even though it didn't have that much in it when I picked it up. I went over my mileage by 7 miles and it blew my mind Uhaul charged my credit card 30 cents. I thought that was pretty ridiculous! Especially since you got the extra gas. In the future I will look into other companies who are more willing to make it convenient for me and not be so petty over 30 cents!Melody M.
The ppl that you suggest that can move your furniture . The ones I had was not trained in space saving storage . I pd $ 100.00 per . He and my furniture wasn't rapped to keep from getting scratch beyond reproach plus I had to rent another storage Ben because of improper storage if you are going to compete with other moving companies / Allied movers and charge a lge sum of money the work need to be professional.Corrie H.

The gentleman working arrived 10 minutes after they were scheduled to open, had an attitude with the costumers in front of myself. He didn't help with getting equipment for the guests. Also, I called to ask for an hour longer... since he was 10 minutes late and there were people in front of me by the time I got my uhaul it was about 10:40... he was rude and tried to charge me $20 for an extra day. Then proceeded to tell me that there was someone picking up the uhaul at 3:30 but I could have it until 4... when I arrived at 4 there wasn't a costumer in sight...Kaylee S.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. The trucks was also new, but it had roaches in it. I killed 6 but they kept coming. They were hiding in the back under the wood siding. I just brought the truck back. It wasn't worth brining them roaches to my home. Please inspect these trucks good before using.Leon D.

Returned it Sunday afternoon but it didn't get checked in til Monday. The route I took was over the mile limit you allowed for. For safety reasons, I did not take the route through Chicago (fully loaded large truck on a very busy expressway--where drivers are crazy fast--could have been dangerous). Rather, I took the safer route across Upper Michigan and down I-75 all the way into Tennessee and I-40 across to the Carolinas. Because I returned the truck early, I don't feel there should be an additional mileage charge.Michael C.
