Not charge for gas. Truck was rented with 191 to empty and returned with 191 miles to empty, but because I hit the wrong level, they charged me for gas. Driveway was hard to get in to, no space to turn around. Had to return on the app - did not speak to a single person.

Our experience with that location was great compared to the one in Whitney. I would highly recommend .
DEBRA HLocation did not provide the appliance dolly I ordered and was charged for and only provided me with 6 furniture pads instead of the 12 originally ordered. I was provided a standard dolly. Vehicle had 20 miles of fuel in the tank when picked up.
Eugene WThis is more about the system tha the drop off location. I dropped it off i a place 20 mins closer to the new apartment. They couldn't check me the van in because it wasn't supposed to be there. It took me 2 hours on the phone the pone with uhaul to get it checked in and then chatged me an extra day because it was checked in late. Another phone call got the late fee refunded. I did not need this run around on check in.
