CALVIN SIt was after hours when we dropped the truck off. Very small area but the key box directions were very good.

SERHII TThe website allowed me to reserve prior to the business opening, which was not an available service. The first truck would not crank and had a transmission issue the second truck was stuck in the grass and on empty. U-Haul cost me an extra hour on movers, which was more than the cost of the truck! For all of these issues the cost of the rental should be refunded. This would be directed to the person who Pierre would report to. Also, if your business opens at 10, don’t show up at 10 on the dot with Chick-fil-A still needing to unlock the business and turn on computers. My google review will reflect the same. You should no longer be able to franchise.
