The person who rented me the truck did not include the dolly that we rented. She also said the truck had 1/2 tank of gas, but it was closer to 1/4. The inside of the truck (cab and back) were totally dirty. There was a maxi pad stuck to the front left wheel.JAMES LYDIARD M.

The building is not marked U-haul, and was not easily found.. No one came out to help couple the trailer, The trailer was on a grade and litterally rolled towards our truck, stopping before hitting it. The trailer's light plug/lead was rediculously short requiring a extension cable.Randall H.

They left back of truck unlocked, someone opened it and used blankets & slept in truck!! Getting the truck keys was difficultâ€¦mobile phone pickup is good process, but needs work.DENNY T.

I set up rental three days in advance. Truck was delivered without dollies/appliance dolly, moving blankets, all ordered previously. I then had to drive down the street in rental truck wasting gas to another uhaul dealer to pick up equipment. Once I got there, they of course didn't have a record of my equipment order. Luckily I take screen shots of everything and had my email receipt. Also, I was also dissatisfied with the fact that uhaul gave me a truck with 1/4 tank of gas....as if they can't ensure it's at least 1/2 full??? Perhaps they don't make enough money and can't afford it. I know we the customer pays for their gas, but at least ensure trucks are 1/2 way full!! Turning in truck was also a nightmare as website kept saying â€œturn gps location onâ€. IT'S ON!!! So I had to wonder all night whether someone would steal the dollies from the back of the truck and I'd be charged for it??? Luckily I got a receipt the next day. At least I got a truck though, gentleman in front of me didn't even get his for about 45 minutes. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Really made me angry to have to go pick up equipment...since when did I work for U-Haul?!! Terrible.RICHARD EDWARD M.
