Did check in online- worker still took over 20 minutes to do check in, even going so far as to take photos of the license we already uploaded photos of. Rear left tire was completely deflated and we couldn't leave right away because of it. Worker didn't even check that vehicle was good, we had to do it ourselves. Even had to pay for it. Really inconvenient that the radio didn't work at all. We had to drive in complete silence. The speedometer showing miles per hour is also an issue. How many drivers in Canada know what m/hr equals what km/hr? The ride was extremely bumpy. Felt every single crack, bump and divot in the road. Hurt my back and made my anxiety skyrocket. This did NOT feel like a safe and stable ride, which is what I was expecting from such a massive company. Gas tank was only at ½, NOT ¾ like we were told it was and to fill it to. Overall, giant waste of money. Had to pay extra because of worker's negligence.

The reservation was moved to a new location the day before pickup that was slightly farther away. When I arrived i had rented mats to use with the vehicle and the staff took a half hour to search for them before telling me they were not available. I ended up missing my next rental pickup due to the delay.
Alexander PI was told that I can pick up the truck and the auto transportation tailor form london and they are informing me before one day of pickup that it is not available in London so I need to pickup 50km away from London that was the worst thing other than that every thing was good.

Janicka ACould have provided a vehicle with a full tank of gas. This location was not that great - we had to wait for the attendant to take care care of customers who were purchasing items. This made the check in time all that much longer than necessary.

Unfortunately The next day after packing the whole truck and getting ready to leave we foundthat the passenger seatbelt was broken and wrapped around the head rest. We had to call roadside assistance to have it fixed and delayed our trip for two hours. I wish that had of been fixed before we picked it up.
