My original choice for location was changed due to unavailability. When we picked up the truck it was parked right in the back in an area with not a lot of room it was squished up against the trees .

Organize your booking confirmation process. Nothing was the same as my reservation as it was booked and confirmed by Uhaul. Pick up location and process fundamentally changed with less than a few hours notice. U-Haul service is terrible.

Johann PThis experience was the worst experience we could have been provided. We were contacted less then 24 hours before our reservation that our truck was now in a different city(45 mins away by car). We had no way to get to this location as we do not have a vehicle. After speaking with two customer service agents, one being insanely rude and the other being very helpful was able to connect us with someone who would be able to assist with this situation. The third representative we spoke with was able to get us a smaller truck in our city. We had to use a driving service to pick up our rental on our own dollar. When we arrived to pick up the truck at the reserved time (5am), the uhaul app and the uhaul website gave an error and would not provide us the code to our lockbox to access the key to our truck. As uhaul's customer service line does not open until 7am on Saturdays, we had to pay to travel back home and wait until we were able to reach someone. Once we were finally able to reach someone, they told us they would be able to give us our code over the phone once we were back at the pickup location. We then paid for another trip back to the pick up location, and once we were there we were able to speak with a customer service rep who provided us a code to the lock box. Once we received access to our key, we tried the key on our truck and it didn't give us access to the vehicle. The key was for the smaller truck parked next to the truck we were provided. We called back and luckily reached the same rep who then provided us codes for the other 2 lockboxes. Once we tried the last key, we were able to access the truck. Once we opened the back of the truck, the moving blankets we had requested were not inside of the truck. This experience was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I can 100% say we will never be using uhaul for any services moving forward.

Nick DHad no clue what to do with return, kept sending us back and forth in the rain outside to move the uhual. He was on the phone with his boss because he didn't know anything about uhual. The whole day was ruined by uhual. You wasted our time amd made this experiece horrible!!!!
