We had to go to 3 locations to drop off the vehicle. Even with a confirmed text message of location we were denied 2 different spots for drop off. Finally at the 3rd location I just put the keys in the box. It was extremely frustrating.

Put the human factor in these offsite uhaul pickups. Have station attendant be knowledgeable in uhaul pickup or drop off issues. Other stations have attendants that can assist you. This one is poor.
