They didn’t look up my order when I got and tried to sell me a new order, probably to get more commission or something. I had to call U-Haul and then all of a sudden the gas station attendant said the owner was logging in and magically they found my order. The truck didn’t come with the utility dolly I ordered, so I had to call U-Haul logistics. The U-Haul logistics person sent me down the street to the nearest U-Haul outlet which was another gas station that didn’t have a utility dolly either, only a furniture dolly which wouldn’t work for what I needed it for. I had to drive to a third U-Haul location to get the Utility Dolly, and then I had to return it so the same location at the end of the day which was different from where I was dropping the truck off. The truck was dirty on the floor in the back. Overall, this experience was poor.

Honestly the check in/out process was a bit chaotic. The gas level wasn’t anywhere near half when I got the car which we had to deal with and it was anything but a normal uhaul check in process. It was fine, assuming I don’t get any surprises with my bill, but it confirmed why I’d rather rent from one of the main store locations in the future.
