Had a bad experience. Booked a van well in advance. A few days later I was told that I had to travel 2hrs out of my way to get the van. This was a larger van and unnecessary. I canceled my reservation. Booked another one in owen sound. Was confirmed again. Then received a text that this indicating that I had pick up the van in Collingwood. Again 2hrs out of my way and a smaller van that was not suitable. Was informed that I should call uhaul traffic controller. I did. The gentleman was helpful and was able to immediately confirm a van. It turned out to be the place I had reserved at in owen sound. Very stressful. Not impressed. Will be looking elsewhere and will be sharing my experience.
