We booked a 6x12 moving trailer a week before our move and we received only a text at 5pm the night before our long distance move that our trailer pickup was now 1.5 hours away from our house. We called that place and they didn’t even have the 6x12 trailer that we had requested! We spent five hours calling everywhere but the customer service was atrocious and we ended up having to take that ridiculously small trailer to get a fraction of our belongings moved. We arrived to a muddy field with staff that knew nothing and the brake cables weren’t even long enough to reach the truck! We will never ever use this company again and would appreciate a full refund for the absolute headache this was for us. It was absolutely terrible.

U-Haul was dirty and needed a wiping! Coffee stains in cup holder and the back off the U-Haul had a dirty towel and debris. I used a blower to clean it out before and after use!

carol pWhen we informed them that it was low on oil, they made us purchase the oil and top it up. They said, speak to the manager when you drop it off and they'll compensate me. After driving two hours to pick it up, since it wasn't in the location, I required it. It was just added stress to my move.
