Took over a half hour/hour. Apparently issues with the computer system. Told us we’d used 91,000 kms🤦🏽‍♀️ Personal were NOT friendly!

When we informed them that it was low on oil, they made us purchase the oil and top it up. They said, speak to the manager when you drop it off and they'll compensate me. After driving two hours to pick it up, since it wasn't in the location, I required it. It was just added stress to my move.
