Clean the vehicles
Alfred LThis location was hard to find off busy street and no one directed us on where to park, vehicles where parked all over. We saw people there but didn’t know if they were dropping off trucks or working there. As I was on the phone with a U-Haul service rep, a guy opened the back of the truck and took the dolly, we had no idea who that person was and when we took pictures the dolly was no longer there for us to show we brought it back. We told the customer service rep what was happening but it was actually scary at first. We were told to leave the key in a lock box that was totally open by the same person. We left with pleasantries all around but it was an odd experience.
JANE FDrop off was horrible, fuel was barely used but I was still charged
Japjot SNot sure why I was charged a 21$ fuel fee when I filled it up to exact level I got it at, which was very low. Trash everywhere. Parking a mess.
Luka JThe two dollys I reserved were never ordered to the pick up location, I had to carry heavy boxes and furniture with a barely recovered broken leg. Then the attendant lied about not taking debit when I knew you do because I've used my debit card with you before. Then we were given a truck with less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas. Then when we brought the truck back and the same attendant lied and tried to charge me for stealing furniture covers that weren't in the truck to begin with, nor did I even reserve them in the first place. Overall, an extremely shitty experience. Maybe make sure your attendants are literate and mentally fit to work this job; because the morons you employ at this specific location are completely and utterly incompetent, uneducated, and dishonest. I've used uhaul for every single move I've had to make; and this "bad apple" of an experience is making me think i should've been using Enterprise this whole time... extremely disappointed.

JOHN CThis drop-off location was very difficult to find in busy traffic, I had to go around the block a couple of times before I found it. It was after service hours, so I did no have any exchanges with staff. This location is directly beside the TTC streetcar and so I recommend this location for mainly that reason.

Rikardo ROverall my experience was great besides one thing which was the moving dolly. I had booked that as well but after reaching the location i was told they were out of stock and that the booking only guarantees the truck but not any of the additional moving accessories like dolly, pads etc. The final billing amount was adjust correctly but I was really disappointed with this considering this should have been told before as it increased the time for me to load the furniture from my old place onto the truck.

Junior JThe early morning of the pick-up the order of furniture blankets and furniture dolly where not available which really put a lot of extra pressure on the move day and resulted in some damage to furniture.
VERNON GI booked 2 dolly and they didn't even have 1 for me. Imagine you BOOK something to secure it and the day of the move you CANNOT move because they didn't keep the dollys. Self-checking doesn't work at this location either. It's dirty.
Luca BWell, for starters, you should check the cabin behind the seat seats for items left from the previous person!! When I was finished unloading the cube van there was a plate from a microwave and also the circle mechanism that rotates that plate behind the seats. I thought it was my brothers, but we never moved the microwave lol it was also jumping around while I was driving to and from location. Also, maybe once in a while they can spray down the floors because it looked like a construction worker or workers used it last time and there’s dried mud throughout that then turned into dust. Causing it to blow around when I turn the speed of the fan to full for heat. I’m not one of those people to be on here cause I hate people like me, but it would just be nice to get my next U-Haul 85% clean inside. Only for the fact the last three times I’ve ordered one. It was the same cleanliness, etc also in the driver side door compartment with someone’s leftover McDonald’s fries lol. Besides that the rental was fine except for the tire gauge coming on saying the right tire was low and needed to be full up five minutes out of the yard. Hope this helps you in the future, and I look forward to renting another truck from you in the near future.

Sumesh SWhen you offer locations on one way services, it would best to only offer service centres that actually offer that service rather than calling 2 days before to inform us that we have to change our plans and go to a service centre that is much further than the original location. It's not the people at the pick up location's fault, this should be handled on the website when we are offered possible locations to pick up the truck.
Richard PThe place was packed when I got there at 8:45pm. It was dark and it took me a bit to decide on a spot close to the dumpster. Two homeless people were going through things at the dumpster. They left when I was parking. By the time I left, the next person didn't know where to park. There was no more spots that wouldn't block the whole lot.

Sharan MI had to take photos in the pitch black alley way, in the freezing cold and nearly got frost bite so I had to send in dark pictures. Self check out after hours should not be an option, it was a very painful process. Just make people pick up when workers are there to do everything. I much rather do that next time. The app or the workers need to tell you the whole process, what’s going to happen when you get there!! I was so lost!! The app is not clear!! The only thing that saved me was the worker that called me back, I called and they didn’t answer the first time but did call me and still his instructions were not clear. I had to figure out where this number I was supposed to look for!! Everything was a very bad experience.
Lupe MThe truck was in very bad shape. The engine wouldn't start twice after being turned off. I refrained from refilling the gas because I was worried the truck wouldn't turn back on. Eventually, it did, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get it to work. The truck also had no bungee cords or rope for the cargo. The back of the truck was a nightmare to seal shut. Overall, this truck was in very poor shape, and I was frustrated to not be warned in advance of these issues.
Gilad LIt was okay, accomodation for the employees and customers could improve especially due to the cold weather. The service providers were accomodating but they need to be in a comfortable place especially when it is very cold. Thank you.

ALLISON STrucks could use a closer cleaning and servicing before being sent back out for new rental customers. There were many pop-ups on the dash to check tire pressure/ etc. Also would have been nice if there was more lighting in the lot for late night returns. Quite a challenge to get photos for the return process while in the dark.
