How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was extremely disappointed with my experience with U-Haul during my recent move. I specifically booked an appliance dolly in advance, only to find that it was not available when I arrived. As a result, I spent approximately two hours in traffic searching for another location where I could rent the equipment I had already reserved. This not only caused significant stress and inconvenience on an already demanding moving day, but also resulted in additional mileage being added to my rental and extra fuel being consumed while trying to resolve an issue that was not caused by me. What is particularly frustrating is that, despite the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred as a result of the unavailable equipment, I received no compensation or meaningful resolution. Instead, my card was still charged for the additional mileage. I find this extremely disappointing and feel let down by U-Haul. I sincerely hope U-Haul reviews how equipment availability and reservations are managed so that other customers do not have to experience the same inconvenience during what is already a stressful day. I expected the equipment I had booked to be available, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

Brianna SWhile returning the trucks ans vans were just crumbled. There was no space to park the car. Even the roadside parking was full. It took a lot of hassle to find a parking spot. It would be nice if you audit the inventory and make sure the space is enough for everyone who will return there.
