Was told when I got there that the truck was not available. And wouldn’t be until 1:00 pm when the previous customer who was late would return it. I was told “you can wait or you can cancel”. Terrible customer service with no consideration of my obligations. That being said …. There were 3 trucks just sitting there which I was told had mechanical issues. Thankfully someone returned early so I got in my truck and managed to make my obligation on time but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This site has no contingency to account for customers who are late which I would think happens often and the attitude of staff in response sucks. There is no office so it’s extremely confusing finding the person that works at the location. No proactivity on the part of employees to assist and you’re left standing there in the sun wondering what to do.

Kapil PReally confusing experience. I first tried using the app to pick up my reserved vehicle, but the app was frustrating and difficult to use. When I went inside, I saw the van I had reserved for 7:00 p.m. the day before given to someone else because they had arrived first, which made the reservation seem pointless. I was offered a free truck upgrade, but I specifically needed a van to transport my items securely. I don’t blame the employee, who was the only person working during a busy time. The issue seemed to be with the reservation system, mobile experience and lack of staffing
