The truck we were given had almost an empty tank of gas which and we got charged for low gas

Dropped the truck just as the location was closing. I was grateful that a staff member was present because, without them, I would not have known where to park the truck or drop off the key.
Morgana HThe fees weren’t clear and the cleaning fee came out of nowhere. It was obvious that the previous clients cleaning fee was not used because the inside of the van was digusting. Do better. And be honest.
Jack BLot at DT Toronto location was at full capacity when I returned with several other vans waiting. The two workers there told us they would not charge for KM driven but that we would have to find parking overnight, no offer to cover overnight parking expenses and that finding parking was “your problem”. Returned the next morning with two spots available - employee said KM driven would be held - two days later I am charged the full amount. Terrible experience with deceptive service.
Alexander MIf it makes financial sense I would sue this location for fraudulently generating invoice to overcharge customers. I work in commercial and I will go out of my way to make people avoid this location. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday at around 9pm but the invoice says the vehicle was held for 1 extra day. Furthermore, I fueled up the vehicle over the required amount but they still charged me extra fuel, resulting in over 150$. Additionally, employees hung up the call numerous time to avoid speaking about this issue.
