Everything was great, except I found the virtual check-out process very time consuming and a pain in the ass. Prefer dealing with a person considering we dropped off during business hours.

Ashley SOk, location was great for where we wanted to pick up but you basically have to drive down what I can only think of as an alleyway and there was no signage to identify the entrance from the street.
Todd CThere was no store front, even thought the online order gave the option. The representative that was standing in the lot was absolutely useless, on his phone smoking, and was not attentive, even when. he saw how overwhelmed my wife and I were. The receipt shows returned by 11:45, even though we returned the vehicle by 10:30. The invoice charges does not make sense. Overall just a poor experience. I was initially debating between UHaul and Home Depot rental, and now I regret on going with Home Depot.
