Always have fuel tank levels at FULL, it’s easier to return full tank. You don’t give credit when a vehicle’s tank’s return with more fuel than it’s picked up level.

Overall, it was quick and easy. But There was no office/place to 'check in'. I just had to find the person in the lot at the time, which was fine and at the same time a little sketchy especially to someone I'm giving my personal information to. Also, I requested a utility cart and furniture pads specifically for the move to help, and on the day of pickup, he didn't have a utility cart, again because there's no storage/office.
Chandni MSystem was down so had to take photos of my license and credit card (unsafe), missing a dolly yet still charged me for 2.....
Puya Vthe back of the van smelled like someone died in it. it was a horrifying experience, I was disgusted to move my furniture in it
Yehia SRental should be out and ready when I arrive not parked behind every van on the lot and take 15 minutes of shuffling to move it. I also made the reservation 4 weeks in advance and asked for a utility dolly only to not receive one upon rental pick up because it wasn’t delivered. This added hours to my move not having the dolly for boxes and the best part is I was still charged for it after the attendant said he had removed it.
