While the location may get packed at times of high inventory, it’s very well located in downtown. Staff member was helpful and quick.

Warren FThere no signs on street to show U-Haul very busy street easy to pass before seeing it then you have to go around the block again and there lots of traffic so it would be nice to see it then you have first time I think if there was a sign it would make it easier

The only hiccup was at drop-off: since the representative just took the keys without giving me any confirmation, I wasn’t entirely sure my return was properly recorded. A quick receipt or acknowledgment would’ve made the process feel more reassuring.
