Despite filling in all my details on the app I couldn’t self check in. I was there just before 8am (my pickup time) but had to queue as there was only one person checking us in. He was doing a great job but the location doesn’t have a physical office so it was all on his phone. As a result of this I was “late” picking up the vehicle by the time he got everyone in front of me sorted.
SARAH PIt was an absolute fiasco from begining to end, starting at Basso Lounge location right near me, where the reservation was originally made, and ending at the College street location, much further away.
Andrew SI was SO impressed with the excellent service we received from all U-haul staff. Everyone was patient, kind, extremely accommodating and helpful. I am so grateful to the u-haul team for reducing the stress of an already stressful move. Thank YOU!
