Drivers door wouldn't unlock from outside, key got stuck in passenger side door. A lot of damage on truck. Was told last minute my truck wasn't available abs had to drive an extra 30miles out of my way to pick up and drop off truck!Jean-Claude C.
Ensure cleaning/disinfecting completed before next customer. We had to wipe down seats, steering wheel, radio knobs and dash. Unlocking mechanism on outside driver side was not working. Had to unlock passenger side to get in.G C.

It is not about the man at the location - he was pleasant - but I couldn't understand that when I moved from Cornwall to Morrisburg on Nov 28th of last year...it cost me roughly $100. I moved back to Cornwall on March 8th (same distance) and was charged $272. It was something about the gas level he said. Why doesn't a company like UHAUL have their vehicles full on gas when the driver (my son) comes to pick up? I called head office and got attitude there with no understandable explanation again. Very disappointed.mathieu G.
