Etown Powersports was Amazing! After our reservation was messed up at HARTLAND Liquidation, they were able to get us the proper rental and on road in less than 20 minutes after we arrived.

CRESSY STrailer felt like it was not rolling smoothly and easily, it felt like the wheels maybe were rubbing on something (constant tugging/lurching feeling with anything over 45 MPH).

PRISCILLA ZThe location and equipment were as expected. However would not recommend picking up on a Sun. Get your truck and Keys on Sat while the business is open. I was 9n hold with Uhaul for over 30 minutes due to network issues. The app wasn't working properly. Other than that it was a great experience. Moving sucks so I'm not looking forward to my next one.
TERESA SI went from Kentucky to South Carolina 20 foot box and I was amazed how good it was on gas.
JAMES CThe inside of the trailer was dirty (looked like potting soil) when I picked up the trailer. My guess is that the inside of the trailer hadn’t been checked after it was dropped off and it wouldn’t have required much effort to sweep it out when the renting location saw it was dirty when they placed the 2 bags of furniture pads inside.
James RTruck was not ready for release maintenance wise. No supply of furniture pads.

The drop off area was not clearly posted and completely on the other side on where the trucks were parked and where the building was. The parking area was very muddy and unavoidable .. so mud all over me and my vehicle

Jerry VThe truck was a piece of junk. Every time I applied the brakes it felt like I was getting pulled into the other lane. The man at the counter also insulted my wife by question if she was driving the truck. She is a CDL licensed driver and drives bigger equipment than that truck.
Danial WRented from Elizabethtown Power Sports. The customer service by Richard Hash was excellent! He explained everything to me about renting and the truck. I rented for 1 day, drove 50. miles and refilled the tank; the total cost was $90.00. It took $20 to refill the tank before I took it back. I’d definitely rent from this location again! Have a Blessed year! God Bless
