Trailer felt like it was not rolling smoothly and easily, it felt like the wheels maybe were rubbing on something (constant tugging/lurching feeling with anything over 45 MPH).

i used your equipement for 2 hours and it cost me $81 to go 15 miles never again will i use u-haul
Kenneth HI used my semi-truck for hauling my personal owned vehicle. The lot was not too friendly for that big of equipment. The gentleman who took the time to assist in getting the car trailer disconnected was courteous, helpful, and kind.
