Customer service was amazing. The truck however had severe engine issues I dont know if the transmission was going out or what. The. Smelled like oil hasn't been put in it in years. The movers from Apex we're absolutely awful Told me theyd be there at 2 didnt show up till 421 then charged me an extra hour. They busted half of the stuff I have. They came from Atlanta didnt bother to tell me that until 2 hrs later. Instead of canceling so I could get another company just made me sit there and wait. This expirence was awful. I thought the truck was going to leave me on the side of the road. If this was my first expirence with uhaul id never use you again

SHERRY YI was charged extra for 7 gallons of gas when it was only a half a tank was in it when I got it. Then I put $35.00 back in to put it back at at a half of tank. All other chargers wasn’t explained at the time of purchase.i paid $162.00 day of and when returned,was charged additional $199.00. I don’t recommend using them again.

YOLANDA AReserved a one-way trailer rental online. When I picked it up the U-haul software was apparently having a problem and would not let the agent finalize my online reservation and a new one had to be entered manually. In the process my one-way rental got turned into to an in-town rental. This should not have happened and created a problem when dropping off the trailer in Foley.

MICHAEL HDropped off after hours. Didn’t speak to anyone. The QR code on the key drop box points to UHaul.com. There I had to search for the returns workflow. Why not redo the QR code to point directly to the return workflow flow/page?

This office was totally receptive to my needs and ready and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure the equipment was ready and prepared for utilization. "Maybe a cup of coffee?" They're doing a fine job, no complaints.

SABRIE GThey did not give out right information it was only $60 one way they put it in house after telling the old lady 3x I was going one way they charge me a deposit of $100 when I should have paid $60 only I live in Florida I had to drive all the way back to Alabama to get my deposit back that was not fare to me after have to buried my child it put me in a bad depression
