Customer service here was great! I loved the guy. However, I originally rented or reserved a U-Haul two weeks in advance from another location (8th and wads). They transferred me to this location. The truck was not very clean. Had a chip in the window right at eye level, the door seal was coming off so I had to fix it. The check engine light was on and it’s not really appealing when there are dead roaches in the U-Haul. . The place that I originally rented from however, had plenty of trucks on their lot. I have no idea why they made me go there to pick up the truck. I ordered moving blankets with my truck. They didn’t have them at the location that they sent me to, so I had to go back to the original location to pick up moving blankets and also be charged twice.I ordered 12, they gave me four dirty ones. I’ve rented several U-Haul‘s over the last three months and this was by far the worst experience.

Ibrahim Jnothing. I was impressed with the streamlined check-in and checkout process, as well as the knowledge and efficiency of the staff at this location. Also, the truck was in very good shape, and the engine and brakes function above average. (I have had other rental trucks from other locations that were very feeble and unreliable).
